First Edition

Well, I know this has been a pretty quiet board so far, but we're growing. (Yes, about four active members, currently ) As a general update, if you people who are actually reading this would like to tell your friends and anybody else who might be interested about this site, feel free to do so. We could really use the advertising.

Staff Updates

At present I have allocated one moderator: anne the vampiress. She is filling the position of Queen's Adviser, and is second in command if you need a voice of authority and I don't happen to be here. She's moderating the Enchanted Forest, so if you have any questions related to roleplay or the posting of stories and poems, she's the one to see.

Apple Mint has filled the position of Queen's Faithful Knight, which basically means that she is the forum protecter. Frankly, I don't think we have much chance of getting spammed anytime soon, what with such a small population, but it's good to be safe. And I'm sure Apple Mint will do a great job. She'll also be enforcing the rules.

Reminder of Rules

I've seen a few things going on that don't completely abide by the forum rules, so I'm going to have to remind you all of a couple of things. Firstly and most importantly, short posts are spam. That's the philosophy, here in Fantasia. Please try not to write a post that says only "yeah" or "I agree" or "okay," because that just stops the conversation dead in its tracks. Fantasia is all about opening up your mind to creativity, so don't kill the inspiration. Also, I would like to introduce an extension to that rule: try not to double post. It gets messy and sometimes confusing, so if you can just go back and edit your previous post, please do that. If you're posting on a story thread (written by you) then it's perfectly acceptable. Anywhere else, please don't. Just go onto your last post and write: EDIT: [whatever else you wanted to add] Thanks

Roleplay

For those of you who are interested in roleplaying, I'd like to announce that there is a story going on in the Transformation Hall, currently with only two participants. Please post a character bio before you get started, and then you are free to roleplay As I've already said, anne the vampiress is the moderator of that forum.

Introductions

I've noticed that a lot of you are being a bit stingy with introductions. By this I mean that some of you are not introducing yourselves at all. Please, do us all a favour and make yourelf an introduction thread in the Initiation Citadel. You don't need to post much information - just tell us who you are, why you came to Fantasia, and anything else you think we should know. Even if you've already been on the site for a while, PLEASE go back and post yourself an introduction thread. It'd be a great help to all of us!
